Data settings define how the CPU handles the data area of the data tasks. Is selected in the data set to “maintain“ its data content data. The so-called “keep“ is in the CPU power on again after a power failure, State whether before powering down the contents of a data region.

In the set data function is maintained by the following ways:
1.CPU built-in super capacitor
2. super capacitor discharge has been completed, if the external battery is installed (or CPU221/222 clock/battery), the battery will continue to supply data until the completion of discharge
3. the data is automatically written to the EEPROM before powering down in the data area (if set MB0-MB13 is maintained)
Set the data range
A. 6 data can be set up to maintain a regional
B. Select the type of data store (v, m, t, and c the current value)
C. the starting address for a specified data: address 0–relative offset value, such as 14 is the start address MB14
D. the number of storage units (b. specify the number of data units)
E. clear the current settings (not maintained)
If MB0-MB13 all 14 byte ranges in the storage unit is set to “keep“, the CPU power on automatically when their content is written to the EEPROM in the corresponding area, after power back on cover with EEPROM content store. That can do it permanently.
When set to do not keep the data area, you can set the CPU off then powered on, the Status Chart (table), check whether the address element content changes to verify that the data is correctly stored in EEPROM.
More than “keep“ setting (except for MB0-MB13) are relying on the built-in super capacitor (+ external battery card) power supply to achieve.
Timer t and c can keep the current value of the counter, which address status cannot be maintained. Only TONR timer data can be maintained.
