Delta DVP series PLCs are programmed using the WPLSoft software, which is available for free download from the Delta Electronics website. Here are the steps to download the software:
- Go to the Delta Electronics website (https://www.delta.com.tw/).
- Click on “Products & Solutions” at the top of the page.
- Under the “Industrial Automation” category, click on “Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)”.
- Select the product series that corresponds to your DVP PLC model. For example, if you have a DVP-ES2 series PLC, click on that series.
- Scroll down and click on “Downloads” under the “Resources” section.
- Select the “Software” tab and you should see a list of available software for your selected series.
- Look for “WPLSoft” and click on the “Download” button next to it.
- The software should download automatically to your computer.
After you have downloaded the WPLSoft software, you can use it to create, edit, and debug programs for your Delta DVP PLC. The software supports ladder diagram and function block diagram programming languages, and has features such as online monitoring, simulation, and a program comparison tool.
